I would like to take a minute of your time to personally relate to you my sincere thanks for the How to Strengthen Your People Skills training you just finished for the DC Department of Transportation.
This training has had more of a positive impact on my supervisory team than all the training we have had preciously collectively. It was simply that good.
Almost immediately, I could see a difference in the way each of the department heads talked to their employees. There was also a marked difference in the way they discussed everyday problems with me each morning.
There is less friction going on now that is visible for anyone outside each department to see. There is a definite improvement in the attitude of employees and supervisors.
The refreshing thoughts are that these new attitudes seem to be sifting over into the daily operation of each of their departments. And that is very good.
The money spent on each of these supervisors (Myself included) will prove to be the very best buy we have gotten for our training dollars.
I have so much clutter it overwhelms me and just knowing how to fix it has already lifted a tremendous weight form my shoulders.
