Dr. Alex Garcia is President/CEO of Leadership Dynamics, LLC., a Columbus, Ohio based organization that specializes in management and leadership development. Dr. Garcia has over 18 years of experience as a lecturer, trainer and consultant. He has spoken before numerous management audiences and has taught leadership and management skills to leaders of business, government and education. He hold a Ph.D in Organizational/Behavioral Psychology.
