Executive Coaching
Executive Coaching Services offered by Leadership Dynamics are specifically designed for individuals seeking peak performance in all facets of their life. The Leadership Dynamics process allows them to focus continuously on activities and tasks that bring about desired changes to increase their returns on their investment.
Change requires a commitment. Since coaching is primarily an interactive relationship, we have found that three months is a minimum to truly accomplish a goal.
One-on-One Coaching
At the beginning of any coaching relationship, you and your coach will engage in a foundation and assessment session, resulting in a contract outlining your goals and expected outcomes. You and your coach will meet regularly either face-to-face or over the phone to brainstorm, strategize, evaluate results, clarify direction and challenges. Your coach will identity and recommend skill development resources and will regularly challenge you to make sure you are achieving the desired results.
We offer the following packages:
Focused Coaching Package: 4 intensive weeks of coaching focused on a specific transition or current challenge in your life. Includes 8 coaching sessions, 1 month of unlimited email and phone support. Special bonus: 30 minutes of free coaching for a friend, relative or colleague.
Empowerment Coaching Package: 12 weeks of coaching designed to help individuals committed to personal and professional growth and self-improvement. Includes 24 coaching sessions, 12 weeks of unlimited email and phone support. Special bonus: 30 minutes of free coaching for a friend, relative or colleague.
Success Coaching Package: Coaching-on-Demand so that your Leadership Dynamics coach is available when you need them. Perfect for the busy individual who needs flexibility and cannot commit to a regular coaching schedule. You can purchase 30 coaching sessions to be used at any time for up to 12 months. Includes 30 coaching sessions, 12 months of email and phone support. Special bonus: 30 minutes of free coaching for a friend, relative or colleague.
We also provide one-time consultations and group coaching. No matter what your situation, we have a package to meet your needs.
